Description

This species of American pitcher plant is best known for its red, sweet-smelling flowers.  The traps begin the season as light-green with red veins, become yellow as they age, and eventually develop a coppery-hue as they reach full maturity.
Product Details
Grow in full sun and keep the soil wet at all times. Like other american pitcher plants, these will go dormant in the winter and re-emerge in the spring.

Healthy plants and excellent service July 1, 2013

I've ordered two Cape sundews and a Sarracenia rubra within the past couple of months. The orders were delivered promptly and the plants are very healthy.
I've had much better service and quality from Predatory Plants than with other companies I've dealt with.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Really neat plant. Love the shape of the leaves. Requires A LOT of water though!

Received in good order and have planted. Both plants are doing good and looks like at least one will be doing its thing shortly.

Both are pretty plants.
