Probably the easiest Pinguicula to grow, moranensis makes a great houseplant on a sunny windowsill.  Pinguicula moranensis grow in rosettes of large, rounded leaves, and produce attractive pink flowers.  The surfaces of the leaves and flower stems are covered with droplets of glistening adhesive.  Insects become stuck to these surfaces, and are then digested.  Pinguicula moranensis specialize in catching gnats, fruit-flies, and other small insects.  At this time we only offer potted specimens of Pinguicula moranensis.
