Description
Nepenthes "Gothica" is a fantastic hybrid originating from Exotica Plants in Australia. Nepenthes "Gothica" produces large, robust pitchers with dark splotches. However, the most outstanding characteristic of Nepenthes "Gothica" is the massive, flattened peristome that is almost black when exposed to adequate light. The parents of Nepenthes "Gothica" are Nepenthes maxima, which imparts the colorful pitchers and robust growth, and Nepenthes sibuyanensis which lends pitcher mass and shape.
